Attack his eye when they turn yellow while dogging his multiple attacks, he regain half his health once you deplete all his health. Attack his center eye with fast multiply attacks before Slippy come into the scene. If Slippy comes in, he'll knock him away to Titania, but if you deplete all his health again quick enough, Slippy will stay and you'll go to Macbeth.
